My journey hasn’t been about becoming someone new.
It has been about remembering who I’ve always been. For a long time, I felt like I was searching. Trying to understand life, myself, and something deeper I could feel… but not fully reach. On the outside, I kept going, held everything together and became who I thought I needed to be.
But within me, there was always a quiet knowing:
There was more.
Everything began to shift when I stopped searching for what was wrong…and started coming back to what had always been there.
I learned that thinking about my feelings was not the same as actually feeling them.
And when I allowed myself to slow down, to listen, and to be present in my body…something opened.
In a way that felt natural.
Safe.
Real.
I’ve always been deeply attuned to what exists beneath the surface.
To emotion.
To energy.
To what is often unspoken.
What once felt overwhelming, I now see as one of my greatest gifts.
A way of feeling, seeing and guiding others back to themselves.
To feel safe in your body. To trust what you feel. To remember who you truly are.
